It’s the rush feeling. It gets to you in ways which makes you sweat, lose control makes you feel like your heart is running faster than a bullet train and for weak hearted people in the worst cases, it often gives them panic attacks.

I used to suffer a lot from procrastination when I look back to my life most of the moments are filled with the horrors of it.

It steals your time you in the way you could never imagine.

Here are the top 4 ways you can procrastinate:

1. Delaying the task: This is probably the best way we know. Not only it makes you feel gobbled but also it defeats its enemy we all know as concentration.

Delaying the task will give you sweaty feeling and not completing on time, well there’s nothing like it.

2. Procrastinating while doing the task: First, let me tell you it’s not similar. It describes the situation when you are actually doing the task and completing it in shorter steps without giving too much focus.

It happened to me yesterday, you should try it.

3. Doing the task but beating yourself for not doing it yesterday: This one is my favorite, it gets you in a mental state which fucks your mind in a thousand ways.

Also, it comes with an offer of heart thumping, not able to eat properly, not being present at the moment and all the amazing thing you wouldn’t have imagined.

If you haven’t tried it, I suggest you should try it now. What are you waiting for?

4. Allowing a time but still feeling procrastinated: Oh, how could I describe this, it’s one of the habits while I was in college.

I often allocated a specific time of the day for completing assignments, presentations, studies but all along the way I knew I should do it now.

Then when the clock hits, it’s when misery, headaches, excessive sweat, and heart starts to beat with a speed of … well get the point. They all come together to have a feast for themselves.

If you haven’t tasted it, you know what to do with it.

Jokes apart, procrastination is huge problems among many Millennials like me. If you know someone, teach them better ways to develop habits that will uplift them and make them a better proactive person.
