UberEats- the best food delivery app out there
I am hungry. I want to eat something, but I don’t want to go outside. There’s nothing at home and I am not in a mood to eat Pizza. I want to eat chicken Kabab and also want Ice cream for later.
What if there’s a way your wish could get fulfilled? An application who I could trust would deliver me tasty food at my door and also deliver me genuine food?
Here’s come UberEats to your rescue. An application which provides you with best and high-quality food out there.
UberEats its an application which makes sure that your food is delivered to you on time and you can eat it without having a second doubt.
UberEats is an online food delivery platform launch by Uber in 2014. They designed it to deliver foods from a local restaurant to its customers. At the time of its inception, there are already a few apps who have taken this idea into reality, hundreds of them are still striving but no one can beat the wide coverage area of UberEats.
Since its launched, UberEats has shown that it’s the only app you can trust that’s continuously striving to deliver the best customer experience out there.
In just five years it has seen its roots to branch out in all the continents on the planet(I hear you… Antarctica… Don’t worry… I am sure they are working on it😅).
It’s the only app, I can trust and use it as a loyal customer. Since I am an app explorer, I wanted to know what made this application so appealing and has come up with the following reasons.
1)Better restaurant partners: Having to run it on a global scale, it becomes a great importance to partner with a restaurant who will help you uplift in your game.
Hence, having a rating system in the application allowed UberEats to listen to its customer and delivery a noteworthy experience.
2)Payment option: Having a range of payment options allowed UberEats to help its customers to provide a hassle-free experience. Since being an Indian user having an option to 3rd party application like PayTM allowed me to have a transaction smoothly without having to save my card.
Even after successfully placing the order, you can cancel the order until it’s being accepted by the restaurant.
3)Food categories: It’s no surprise that having a different range is common among the food delivery app these days. But what makes it special is the authenticity of the food delivered by the different restaurant, cafes, etc.
4)User Experience: For me, its the foundation of any application. Its the epicenter, it what gets my attention and UberEats has done a fabulous job in this area. Right from the moment you enter the app, it organizes everything for you.
Every image that appears fulfills its purpose and provides an insight into what type of food can a consumer expect.
It surely has a drawback like not able to find the customer support contact no. It’s a hassle, but it’s just a small disadvantage(okay… not small but still) its worth every minute to spend your precious time to order something that fulfills your hunger.
