Smartphones… Oh!!. “It’s my life”. We can’t do anything about it. It’s hard for us to stay away from them. For some their phone is everything for them. These days people spend most of their time looking at the screen.

From crazily spending their time on social media to binge-watching YouTube videos and some who likes to read blogs and blogs. Consumption has just become a new currency.

We spend a huge chunk of our time. Sometimes, we wish could stop ourselves, and can have a life outside. Sometimes, our relationship with our smartphone gets unhealthy.

Just like a drug or alcohol addict, we want to stop these habits. But we are never able to overcome it.

Here comes Antisocial to rescue us from our addiction.

Antisocial is a smartphone app. that provides us with data about how much time we are spending on the different mobile application.

It helps to know which application is consuming a huge chunk of time.

With this app, My life has had a drastic shift. Now I have time for myself. I learned to slow down a bit. It helped with patience.

So let’s see what makes antisocial an addiction curable app.

1)Block apps: With the help of Antisocial, you are able to block apps you struggling to stop yourself from checking every minute. You can Start a timer for yourself.

With the help of the timer, you can stop using the app. Of course, You won’t be able to stop the urge, what you can do in the situation, you can set a specific amount of time.

This time will help you, to use the app for that period and you won’t be able to access the app after that.

You can ask your friends to set a password to the application, wherein you won’t able to open the antisocial application and unblock the application.

2)30 days report: The application provides you a full 30 days usage of all the application. You can see every minute of your life that has been dedicated to that to all the application on your phone.

Having this report help me understand the value of time. It helped me to learn about the way I live my day-to-day life. It helped me to increase my productivity.

3)Taps: Not only you can see how much time you have spent on but also how many times you have tried to use that application.

It helps you to know at what frequency you are drawn to that application. It was a huge turning point for me.

Now I am less used to use social media apps. It even helped me with the concentration.

4)Blocking mode: We have already discussed it at the first point. But this point needs more emphasis. It’s not just about how much do you use your phone, but it also helps you set a time in a day where you will not be able to use your phone.

I used to do it before, but since I am under control I no longer has set a specific time of the day.

5)User-experience: Last but not least, it’s user experience. For me, user experience matters a lot.

I have previously talked about it in my Pocket article. From the second you touch the app everything works flawlessly.

It provides you with the most important options and reduces the hassle. You have to click less.

It’s easy to understand and having a proper tone of colors across the entire app. For me, it’s what makes it stand out from other time tracking application.

I hope you found this application helpful.
